Cheba Hut has been curing munchies with their delicious lineup of munchies since their start in 1998. The founder of Cheba Hut, Scott Jennings, wanted to showcase the harmony between great-tasting food and a very specific counter-culture! Since opening last summer, Deep Ellum’s Cheba Hut has brought a casual sandwich joint with over 30 signature sub sandwiches and a full bar loaded with local craft brew options and specialty cocktails. Cheba Hut’s goal is to combine homegrown food with a relaxed environment that matches the location. So expect Deep Ellum-centric murals, specials, and iconography all over the shop!

Open late every day, there is no reason not to roll on by Cheba Hut, dive into a toasted sub and ice-cold kool-aid, and mellow out with some munchies!
