As the Texas summer starts to heat up this June, the timing couldn’t be better for Deep Ellum’s first pool to open up and along with it, one of the coolest pool bars in town, Deep End.
Since the Pittman Hotel opened up last August, they have brought several firsts to Deep Ellum including the newly opened pool deck. Deep End is Deep Ellum’s spot for outdoor hangs under the Dallas sky. Located next to Elm & Good, the open-air pool deck covers 8,000 square feet which is plenty of space to lounge with friends, sip cocktails, and snack on some top-tier snacks and sandwiches.
From the creative mind of Elm & Good’s executive chef, Graham Dodds, Deep End’s menu is all fun and no fuss. Perfectly crafted to satisfy your poolside cravings, dive into shareable plates like elote, hushpuppies, and seven-layer dip or keep your food to yourself with handhelds including burgers, crispy fish, and falafel. On the drink side, find curated lists of wine and craft beer as well as specialty cocktails with a little bit of something for everyone!
While most hotel pools are reserved for guests only, the Pittman Hotel has partnered with ResortPass so non-guests can still enjoy a spot at the pool or even rent a whole cabana for a crowd. The whole pool deck can be rented out as well for private parties with customized menus and layouts.
While the temperatures ramp up, you could be cooling down during an afternoon at the Deep End!
